One calendar for the work already in your account.
Review eligible quote and bid dates, invoice due dates, service calls, installations and Enterprise meeting schedules in TeckNation Teams Calendar. Edit a linked appointment through dispatch and the calendar follows the saved change.
Each person sees only records their role and package allow. Customer requests and document proposals are labeled separately from scheduled dispatch work. Views refresh every 30 seconds while open.
The sites open the same authorized Planner records. This is an internal company calendar; Google, Outlook and device-calendar synchronization are not connected.

All three Planner packages include CAD import, manual markups, HR, company administration and tax records and reporting. Bid Central is separate: independent registration is free; company registration is $2,500/year. Lead purchasing is not yet available. TeckNation Connect is free and does not require a Planner subscription.

TeckNation AI
Enterprise only. Requires a configured AI service. Review suggested markups, takeoff, research, receipt facts and written drafts before using them.
Payments and document email
Use your company's approved payment provider and verified sender. Provider fees and billing permissions apply. Recurring invoice drafts are generated manually; email delivery requires review and confirmation.
Marketing and video meetings
Email and social publishing require authorized provider accounts and explicit review. Recorded video meetings require a configured recording-capable service and participant acknowledgment. Creating a draft does not send or publish it.
Routing and field tools
Road travel estimates require a routing connection. Review proposed assignments, confirm drawing scale and check calculations against actual site conditions.
Tax and payroll preparation
These tools organize records, worksheets and exports. They do not prepare or file tax returns, calculate tax due or run payroll payouts.
Equipment, monitoring and camera access
Hardware compatibility, availability and prices are confirmed in a reviewed quote. Optional alarm monitoring starts at $40/month; camera access is quoted separately. Paid services activate only after approval.
CAD drawing exchange
CAD / ASCII DXF import and manual markups are included in every Planner package. Export AutoCAD DWG files as DXF or PDF before importing. Native DWG editing and Autodesk AutoCAD licenses are not included.
